Is there any way to disable the text highlighting when doing a full text search inside of the Notes Client?

The issue we have is that AVG Resident shield freaks out on any screen that has the highlighted text from the search terms. We have a form with 5 tabs. If the highlighted text is on the 3rd tab, everything is fine until the user clicks that tab. Once they do, AVGRSX.exe will hit 99% cpu for a few moments. For some of our slower computers, it is even longer. It will also keep happening if you need to scroll down on that tab.
